This is a per diem/on call position supporting the Pediatric Palliative Care department.

The Registered Nurse provides palliative care nursing support to children and families and works with an interdisciplinary team to plan, deliver, and coordinate services to meet the needs of individuals and families within their home environments.

Required Qualifications

Nursing, graduate of a nursing school.
California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
1 year - Recent experience in hospice, palliative care, home health, acute care &/or skilled nursing.

Preferred Qualifications

Nursing experience in hospice/palliative care or home health.

About The Team

Providence Home and Community Care (HCC) is a service line within Providence with over 8,000 caregivers and 2,000 volunteers serving nearly 200,000 people a year, in their homes, in clinics and in a variety of congregate living ministries across our seven-state footprint.
