We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Fairwood, WA area for this school year. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of students of various age groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to students, including administering medications and managing chronic health conditions.
- Assess and address health issues that arise during the school day.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and healthcare providers to ensure a healthy school environment.
- Conduct health screenings and maintain accurate health records.
- Educate students and staff on health and wellness topics.
Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Washington.
- Experience in a school or pediatric setting is strongly preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for promoting student health and wellness.
