Join the MercyOne Family! We are looking to hire a Certified Nurse Asst (CNA)

As a CNA at MercyOne, you will assist with direct patient care as well as other work on the unit, which supports the patient environment in accordance with MercyOne Siouxland Medical Center policy and procedure. Work will include components of direct patient care, nutrition, observation, documentation, transportation, and general maintenance of the patient environment. Adheres to the principles of the Code of Conduct and the mission of MercyOne in all aspects of job performance.

Schedule:

Part Time 24hrs a week, 12hr shift with rotating evenings/nights, every third weekend, every other holiday.

General Requirements:

Completion of 75-hour credit (or more) Nursing Assistant Program from an accredited school preferred.
Must be in an active status on the Iowa Direct Care Worker Registry.
Must have a general working knowledge of computers and department specific software (i.e. Healthstream, internet, etc.)
Must be comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.
Must possess a personal presence that is characterized by a sense of honesty, integrity, and caring with the ability to inspire and motivate others to promote the philosophy, mission, vision, goals, and values of MercyOne and Trinity Health.

Education:

Must have a high school diploma/GED or must be at least 16 years old and actively pursuing high school diploma.
