Requirements:

Valid State Tested Nursing Assistant license (STNA)

Reliable Transporation

Primary Duties include but are not limited to:

* Assisting residents with activities of daily living

* Monitoring residents’ health and well-being and reporting any changes to nursing staff

* Assisting with mobility and transfers

* Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents

* Following all state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures
