Chestnut Park Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, located in scenic Oneonta, New York, is an 80-bed facility dedicated to providing high-quality long-term and short-term healthcare services. Our skilled personnel utilize state-of-the-art equipment and resources to ensure that every resident achieves optimal health and well-being during their stay.

Position: Evening RN Supervisor
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Evening Shift: 2:15 PM to 10:30 PM)
Weekend Rotation: Only 1 weekend per month (or less)
On-Call Rotation: Yes
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $40.00 to $50.00 per hour (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $7,500.00

Key Responsibilities of the RN Supervisor:

Promote and restore patients' health through effective management and direction of nursing staff.
Foster a collaborative team environment with physicians and multidisciplinary professionals.
Provide physical and psychological support to patients, families, and friends.
Ensure high standards of patient care and safety.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills.
Critical Thinking: Strong problem-solving abilities.
Leadership: Proven team leadership skills and a positive attitude.

RN Requirements:

Current New York State RN Licensure.
Experience in long-term care or medical/surgical settings preferred but not required.
Supervisory experience is a plus but not mandatory.
