What You'll Do:
As an LPN at WRC, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional care and support. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assess and meticulously document healthcare needs using innovative methods such as completing Incident Reports and utilizing the SOAP (Subjective Objective Assessment Plan) charting method.
- Implement preventative healthcare practices including routine checks, immunizations, and lab orders to ensure the well-being of our individuals.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team (IDT) to deliver tailored nursing care and support.
- Facilitate annual ISP meetings, Monthly Integrated Reviews, and Quarterly Psychiatric Treatment Reviews in the absence of the RN.
- Ensure accurate medication administration procedures and provide necessary training to new employees on Health and Safety Support Plans.
- Participate actively in code blue drills and maintain proficiency in Health Care Provider CPR.
- Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all aspects of your work.
