Responsibilities of RN Supervisor:
- Ensuring the delivery of effective, high-quality nursing care
- Collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans
- Implementing care plans with a resident-centered focus
- Utilizing available resources for counseling and discharge planning
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to adjust care plans based on changing needs
Qualifications for RN Supervisor:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in PA
- Current CPR certification
- Basic computer skills
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience as a RN Supervisor is required.
- Charge Nurse, Unit Manager, or Supervisor experience
- Onboarding Documents: A photo ID, social security card, and bank account are required for this role
