Providence Is Calling a Graduate Nurse Who Will
- Independently use the nursing process to safely, therapeutically and efficiently care for a group of patients.
- Uses information from a variety of sources to assess, plan, implement, identify outcomes and evaluate patient's plan of care.
- Serves as an advocate for patients, families and caregivers to enhance the patient experience.
- New graduates are permitted to perform any function that falls within the scope of nursing practice for which they have received educational preparation and have demonstrated minimal competency.

Required Qualifications
- Candidates must meet the criteria to sit for the NCLEX examination and become licensed in the state of Texas.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- Texas Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- Texas Graduate Nurse Permit upon hire.
