Responsibilities

Are you a dedicated nursing professional with a passion for leading rehabilitation care? Join our team as a Rehab Charge Nurse, where you'll oversee and coordinate patient care in a dynamic rehabilitation unit. As the Charge Nurse, you'll ensure high-quality treatment, lead a skilled team of RNs, and utilize your clinical expertise to optimize patient outcomes. Your responsibilities will include developing care plans, managing staff assignments, and fostering a supportive, patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. Current and valid state RN License.2. Current BLS upon hire and maintain current.3. Current ACLS 30 days upon of hire and maintain current.4. Bachelor Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred. RN-C within 2 years of hire preferred. 5. PALS within 30 days of hire for units that admit pediatric patients.
