Responsibilities:

Provide non-medical home care to the elderly, disabled, and those in recovery from illness or injury.
Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Perform light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
Monitor and report changes in the client's health, behavior, and needs.
Accompany clients to appointments and assist with exercises and other aspects of their care plan.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; CNA or HHA certification preferred but not required.
Previous caregiving experience is a plus.
Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to high-quality care.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Must pass a background check and have a valid driver's license.

Requirements:

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to commit to various shifts, as our clients have diverse needs and schedules.
Physical ability to perform the duties of the position.
