Position: RN Supervisor
Facility: Nassau Rehabilitation and Nursing Center
Shift: Full-Time (11 PM - 7 AM)
Salary: $55/hour

As an RN Supervisor, you will work closely with the Director and Assistant Director of Nursing to ensure top-quality care for our residents.

Responsibilities:

Support the DON and ADON in overseeing and directing daily nursing operations, ensuring compliance with current regulations and standards.
Ensure nursing staff are adhering to their job responsibilities and maintaining excellence in care delivery.
Participate in facility inspections and surveys conducted by government agencies, as requested by the DON/ADON.
Perform daily rounds to monitor nursing staff performance, ensuring adherence to professional nursing standards.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility
Valid RN license in the State of New York
Strong leadership skills and a commitment to compassionate care
