Job Title: In-Home Non-Medical Care Professional

Location: Columbus, NE

Company: Right at Home - In Business for 5 Years

Schedule: Flexible with Possibility of 40 Hours per Week

Hourly Pay: $14.00 - $16.00

Responsibilities:

1. Companion Care:
- Engage clients in meaningful conversations.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
2. Assistance with Daily Living:
- Aid with activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.
- Assist with mobility and personal care as needed.
3. Flexible Scheduling:
- Enjoy a flexible work schedule tailored to your availability.
- 4. Daily Pay Option:
  1. - Take advantage of our daily pay option for added financial flexibility.
  2. 5. Client-Centric Approach:
    - Follow care plans and customize care to meet the unique needs of each client.
    - Foster a positive and supportive environment for clients.
    - Requirements:
      1. 1. Dedication and Reliability:
        
        Demonstrate a strong commitment to providing excellent care.
        
        Be reliable and punctual for scheduled shifts.
      2. 2. Caring and Compassionate:
        
        Exhibit a compassionate and empathetic nature.
        
        Show kindness and understanding to clients and their families.
      3. 3. Communication Skills:
        
        Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the care team.
        
        Provide timely updates on client well-being.
      4. 4. Experience:
        
        Previous experience in caregiving is desirable but not mandatory.
        
        Additional Requirements:
        
        1. Preferred Experience:
        
        Experience with Parkinson's is preferred but not mandatory.
        
        2. Specific Hours Needed:
        
        Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm.
        
        Tuesday & Thursday: 8:00 am - 1:00 pm & 7:30 pm - 9:30 pm.
        
        Benefits:
        
        Competitive Pay:
        
        Earn $14.00 - $16.00 per hour, with the option for daily pay.
