Some caregivers have certifications like CNA, HHA, or PCA, but these are optional. Caregivers from varied backgrounds significantly impact lives. Responsibilities:
- Providing compassionate care to seniors throughout Pennsylvania, including assisting with activities of daily living and ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families, promoting independence and enhancing their quality of life.
- Supporting individuals with various needs, such as Alzheimer's and memory care, and assistance with vital signs monitoring.
- Performing light housekeeping duties, meal preparation, and transportation as needed.
- Adhering to residents' rights, maintaining confidentiality, and following care plans to deliver personalized care.
