Clinical Support Associate MA LPN EMT - Mukwonago Clinic - Fam Practice 1.0 FTE

This is a new CSA position to support a new physician, Dr. Heather Butler, to the clinic. Monday 6:30-5pm Tuesdays 6:30-5pm Wednesday off Thursday 8:30-4pm Friday -6:30-4pm
