Patient Population:

Patient Ratios: 1: 3 couplets

Number of Beds:36

Unit selling points:4000 deliveries per year. Couplet Care Model. Lactation Consultants. Outstanding employee engagement. Member of Texas Ten Step Program. Perinatal Internship.

Registered Nurse Requirements 

At least one year of RN experience in Mother/Baby, level III or higher within a similar sized facility (bed) and couplet care (3-4)

Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program

License/Certification

RN- Registered Nurse

BLS- Basic Life Support (required within 30 days of hire)

NRP- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (required within 30 days of hire)
