Licensed CNA in Connecticut

We are seeking staff to complete shifts for our clients in a facility setting.

Duties will include but not limited to:

Completing rounds, Personal care, companionship, homemaking, monitoring, transfers, documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities: - Provide personal care and assistance to clients in facilities, Memory care, Assistant living and independent living. Following their individual care plans- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding- Monitor clients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the supervising nurse- Administer medications as directed by the supervising nurse- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients- Keep accurate records of clients' care and progress- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the healthcare team

Requirements: - Active Connecticut CNA license - Minimum of 1 year experience working as a CNA in a healthcare setting - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment - Ability to lift and move heavy objects and assist clients with mobility - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation - Must pass a background check and drug screening EEOC Statement: Civility Home Care is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace.
