Description:

* Creates an environment where persons feel welcome, respected and included. Is courteous

and positive.

* Willingly assists patients/visitors/Associates as needed. Makes self accessible to

internal as well as external customers.

* Maintains composure even when faced with hostility from others and/or stressful

situations. Exercises restraint to prevent emotions from interfering.

* Adheres to dress code. Appearance is always neat and clean. Wears identification badge

according to hospital policy.

* Assumes personal responsibility for maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

* Takes the initiative to resolve customer service issues. Is proactive versus reactive.

* Listens attentively to our customers and implements effective service recovery.

Minimum Qualifications:

* Graduation from a school of Professional Nursing

Licensure

* ONS Chemo Biotherapy course on hire or within 6 months of hire required

* Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida.

* Current BLS Certification Required
