West Pavilion Family Medicine is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitionerto join their busy practice. The highly diverse patient population is well cared for by a team of providers. As a member of the care team, you will join this Value Site of Family Medicine Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, RN Care Managers, LMSW Social Workers, Pharmacy, and a team of highly functioning support staff.
To provide the best patient care, the office is open extended hours providing a flexible schedule. Lab, urgent care and imaging are conveniently located within the building.
As an Advanced Practice Provider in the Corewell Health Medical Group, you will have:

Qualifications:
Nurse Practitioner:
- Required Master's Degree Nurse Practitioners who obtained their education and certification after 2000 must show evidence of completion of a master’s, post-master’s or doctorate from a Nurse Practitioner program that is accredited by the Commission on the Collegiate of Nursing Education or the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission
- 3 years of relevant experience current, relevant clinical experience
- Previous experience functioning in a collaborative role as a Nurse Practitioner
- LIC-Nurse Practitioner (NP) - State of Michigan
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS)
- CRT-Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
- CRT-Pediatric Adv Life Support (PALS)
Physician Assistant:
- Required Master's Degree Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant educational program
- LIC-Physician Assistant - State of Michigan
- CRT-Physician Asst Certified (PA-C) - NCCPA National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS)
