Pay: RN: $45-$50 per hour, LPN: $35-$40 per hour, Weekly Paychecks!

Position #1: 1:1 RN - Elementary Student (Trach & Vent Care)

Job Description:
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide 1:1 care for an elementary-age student with medical needs. The nurse will be responsible for managing tracheostomy care and ventilator support, as well as assisting with general daily activities during school hours. Bussing will be included in this role, so candidates must be comfortable riding the bus with the student. This position is available for Wednesday and Thursday, 7-7.5 hours per day.

Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 nursing care to an elementary-age student with a trach and vent.
Monitor respiratory status and intervene as needed to ensure the student’s health and safety.
Assist with daily activities and help the student participate in educational activities.
Provide medical interventions, including emergency procedures when necessary.
Coordinate with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements:

Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in trach and vent care.
Current WA State RN license.
Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents.
Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.
Previous experience in a school setting is a plus.

Position #2: RN/LPN – Elementary Student (Wheelchair, G-Tube, Seizures, ADL Support)

Job Description:
We are hiring both Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a full-time position to care for an elementary-age student in a wheelchair. The student requires assistance with daily activities, including G-tube feeding, seizure management, and respiratory care. Bus riding is also included in this role.

Responsibilities:

Provide daily care and assistance to a student with a wheelchair.
Assist with G-tube feedings and monitor for any complications.
Manage seizure activity and provide interventions as needed.
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, toileting, and mobility.
Communicate with the school team, parents, and healthcare providers to ensure the student’s health and educational needs are met.

Requirements:

Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with experience in pediatric care.
Current WA State RN or LPN license.
Knowledge of G-tube feeding, seizure management, and respiratory care.
Comfort with bus riding.
Ability to work collaboratively with the school staff and healthcare team.
