We are seeking compassionate and reliable Caregivers to join our dedicated team. As a Personal Care Aide / CNA / Caregiver at Always Best Care Senior Services you will have the rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients by assisting them with daily living activities and enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Responsibilities:

Provide assistance with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
Support clients in mobility and transfers, utilizing proper body mechanics and assistive devices as needed.
Help with meal preparation and feeding, adhering to any dietary restrictions or preferences.
Administer medications based on the care plan and under the direction of a registered nurse.
Assist with light housekeeping duties, such as laundry, tidying up, and maintaining a safe living environment.
Engage clients in meaningful activities and companionship, fostering emotional well-being and social interaction.
Document care provided, changes in clients' conditions, and any incidents or concerns promptly and accurately.
Communicate effectively with the care team and the client's family to ensure the best possible care and support.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Personal Care Aide or in a similar caregiving role preferred but not required.
Compassionate, patient, and understanding with a genuine desire to help others.
Ability to follow care plans and instructions from supervisors effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable and punctual, with a strong sense of responsibility.
Ability to adapt to varying client needs and work in different home environments.
Must pass a background check and drug screening.
