Duties Include:
- Management responsibilities including maintaining exceptional quality of care.
- Assist with compliance and ensure effective communication with all levels of nursing staff.
- Meet the nursing needs of all residents.
- Coordinate and direct care planning for nursing services.
- Maintain and disseminate knowledge of general nursing theory and practice.
- Responsible for the accurate and timely completion of medical records.
- Assist with interviewing, hiring and orienting of new nursing staff.
- Maintain flexibility with work schedule to address unpredictable needs.
- Requirements Include:
- Current New York State RN license required.
- Min. 3yrs. exp. in Long-Term Care settings
- Staff training with clinical staff
- Excellent Communication Skills required
- Evidence of advanced leadership skills and supervision.
