·$20,000 sign-on bonus eligibility for full-time, bedside RNs

·$4 Shift differential (2^nd shift & evenings), $1 shift differential (weekends)

Department/Unit Summary

Our postpartum/nursery unit has 11 rooms with a 1:6 (3 couplets) patient ratio.Our nurses in this department care for postpartum moms, newborns, post op GYN patients, and occasional antepartum patients (such as hyperemesis or pyelonephritis).Additionally, these nurses attend deliveries, provide 1:1 care for infants requiring additional support and prepare infants for transfer when a higher level of care is required.

Qualifications and requirements
Applicants should have a current VA (or Multi-state) RN license and possess a nursing degree from an accredited nursing school (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Additional requirements include:

·American Heart Association Basic Life Support

·Experience in clinical area preferred

· S.T.A.B.L.E. preferred
