Who We Are

At Asante Three Rivers Medical Center (ATRMC), there are 6 OR suites in the main OR and 2 in the outpatient center with state-of-the-art surgical equipment. On average, there are 5,000 cases performed between the main and the outpatient center. General/vascular, total joint/orthopedics, trauma, gyn, ENT, urology and podiatry procedures are performed. ATRMC is a Pathway to Excellence hospital. This designation confirms to the community that ATRMC is committed to nurses, recognizing what is important to nurse and values nurses' contributions.

What You'll Do

Collaborate interdepartmentally to deliver excellent patient care
Scrub and circulate a variety of procedures within the surgical suite
Participate in clinical teams to focus on evidence-based continual improvements
Demonstrate organizational skills in the delivery of nursing care to patients with flexibility and a willingness to adjust priorities in response to changes in patient acuity, volume, emergencies, staffing or scheduling

What You Must Have

Education

Bachelor's in nursing (BSN) preferred

Experience

Recent perioperative experience required

License/Certification

RN: Registered Nurse licensed by Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN), required upon start.
BLS: Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider certified through the American Heart Association (AHA), required upon start.
CNOR sponsored by the Association of Operating Room Nurses (AORN), preferred.
