This position is eligible for a sign on bonus of up to $10,000 and relocation assistance of up to $5,000!

What You’ll Do:

Elevate Patient Care: Champion the highest quality of patient care by putting their needs at the forefront of our services. Utilize insights from surveys and data analytics to continuously improve our offerings.
Lead with Integrity: Foster a culture of collaboration and positivity. Your interpersonal skills will help build strong relationships with both internal and external partners, setting the standard for service excellence.
Innovate and Improve: Engage in quality improvement initiatives by participating in focus groups and leading task forces. Your voice will be instrumental in shaping the future of our healthcare services!
Mentor and Develop: Guide and inspire your team through coaching, constructive feedback, and recognition of achievements. Help cultivate a professional atmosphere that boosts employee morale and enhances patient care.
Ensure Compliance: Stay ahead of state, federal, and accrediting body requirements to guarantee our facility operates at the highest standards.
Collaborate with Physicians: Build and maintain positive relationships with medical staff, integrating their insights into decision-making processes to enhance patient outcomes.
Drive Operational Excellence: Analyze productivity standards and manage staffing effectively to ensure seamless coverage and exceptional service, 24/7.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Required)
Experience:
- 1 year of RN experience (Required)
- 2 years of leadership experience (Preferred)
- Psychiatric Nursing experience (Preferred)
Skills:
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in nursing assessments and patient triage
- Computer savvy to manage data and reports effectively
Licenses & Certifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in Virginia or compact state (Required)
- Specialty Nursing Certification (e.g., CMSRN, CCRN) (Preferred)
