Position Overview:
Right at Home is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Weekend Caregiver to provide quality in-home care for clients in Burwell, Nebraska. As a caregiver, you’ll help clients maintain their independence and quality of life by assisting with daily activities in the comfort of their own homes. This role is ideal for someone with a warm heart, a positive attitude, and a passion for making a difference in people’s lives.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
Support clients with mobility and physical therapy exercises
Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and preferences
Perform light housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean, safe environment
Remind clients to take medication as prescribed
Monitor and report any changes in the client’s condition to the care team

Qualifications:

Experience in caregiving, home health, or related fields is preferred
Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude
Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality care
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills

Schedule:

Weekend shifts only (Saturday and Sunday)
Part-time hours with potential for additional shifts if desired
