**Rate is determined by years of experience, shift, and a Self Schedule Bonus**

Work 32 hours a week and have a flexible schedule that works for you.

Aides in the Self Scheduled Role - earn an additional bonus for being part of the program. Program requires aides to pick up 32 hours a week on any shifts and have a regularly scheduled weekend commitment.

3 Years - DPH Deficiency Free Survey

We are looking for CNAs for the day or evening shift. Our CNAs support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident’s needs.

Positions do require working every other weekend and every other holiday

Compensation: Earn Up to $27 / hr

How you will make an impact

Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
Assisting residents in activities of daily living
Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs
Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter

What you will need

Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred
Current CPR certification is preferred.
Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
Must be at least 18 years of age
Basic computer skills required.
