SURGICAL SCRUB TECH
As a Scrub Tech you will be responsible for assisting our Physicians in the onsite surgical suite to ensure efficient operation. You will support doctors through multiple job duties, including providing the surgeon with the instruments needed to perform a surgery. Someone with great organization and communication skills. The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

Preparing surgical suite with sterile technique
Participating in surgery by providing sterile instruments
Cleaning and sterilizing instruments after surgery
Responsible for gathering sharps and instruments, making sure everything is accounted for as well as safely discarding disposables in the correct container.
Assist during medical procedures
Strong attention to detail
Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments when necessary
Stocking Surgical Suite after surgery and other duties as needed

Skills

Proven working experience as a Scrub Tech
Surgical suturing skills required
Knowledge and understanding of sterile technique
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Social perceptiveness and service oriented
Excellent verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Exemplary attendance and punctuality
