Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Home Health Aide to provide essential support to our clients over the weekends. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to make a meaningful impact while working flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.

- Monitor and report changes in clients’ health and behavior to supervisors.

- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.

- Help with mobility and transportation needs, ensuring clients can participate in community activities.

- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.

- Follow care plans developed by healthcare professionals.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Home Health Aide preferred.

- Previous experience in home health care or a similar role is a plus.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

- Passion for helping others and a commitment to providing high-quality care.

- Must be 18 or older to apply.

Schedule:

- Weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) with potential for additional weekday hours as needed.
