We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our team in a remote position. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified professional to make a meaningful impact on the mental health and well-being of our clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluations of patients via telehealth platforms.

2. Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for patients with mental health disorders.

4. Provide therapy and counseling services to patients as needed.

5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care for patients.

6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

Requirements:

1. Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing.

2. Current and valid Nurse Practitioner license.

3. Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.

4. Proven experience in providing psychiatric care to patients across the lifespan.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Comfortable using telehealth platforms and technology for remote patient care.
