We are hiring Day time Direct Care Workers in the Lehigh Valley to help seniors live independently at home. Whether you're seeking a long-term client or prefer meeting different clients, we have flexible opportunities for you.

Differential pay: Because of our flexible schedules we can offer differential pay on a case-by-case basis with higher earning potential up to $25 per hour.

What We Need from You:

Reliable transportation.
Valid Driver's License.
High school diploma or GED.
Positive attitude and strong attendance record.
Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting.
Ability to pass background checks (no felony charges).
Pride in providing high-quality care.

Responsibilities:

Assist with daily living activities safely and effectively.
Provide personal care, including dressing and bathing.
Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
Enhance clients' lives through quality care and companionship.
Assist clients with pet care, if needed.
Possibly assist in errands and transportation
