Location: Riddle Hospital, 1068 W Baltimore Pike, Media, PA 19063

Available Schedules

Full-Time, 40 hours , Day Shift: 5x8hr shifts & call

Description: As an Operating Room Nurse, you would provide 1:1 care to our patients before, during, and after surgery at a time when they are most vulnerable. You would work alongside our world-renowned Surgeons to scrub and circulate the many different cases we perform. Specialties include but are not limited to: General, Urology, GYN, Orthopedics/Neuro, ENT, Plastics, etc.

Position-Specific Benefits include:You are eligible for up to 200 hours of paid time off per year based on your Full or Part Time status. On-Call pay for OR nurses is $4.25/hr. Riddle is recognized in the following Common Adult Procedures and Conditions of care: Colon Cancer surgery and Hip & Knee Replacement. Our new Patient Pavilion opened in July 2023 and includes a new 12-bed Operating Room Suite.
Our Operating Room features the latest da Vinci Surgical System’s robotic technology.
Accreditations include: Blue Distinction Center for spine surgery

Experience

What We are Looking for:

At least one (1) year of recent Operating Room Nurse experience required.

Education

RN Diploma, ASN required.
BSN preferred.

Licensures/Certifications

PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred.
