As a CNA with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will have the opportunity to care for a wide variety of people; spanning all ages and all abilities.

You will:

Provide clients with Companionship, Homemaking and Personal Care services
Establish a professional relationship with clients, their families, and co-workers
Provide reliable care by being punctual and reliable

Requirements of this Lead CNA Position:

Must have 2+ years of experience in the field
Must be on the MN Nursing Assistant Registry
Must have a valid driver's license, relaible vehicle, and proof of insurance
Must be availabile between the hours of 8am and 5pm Monday through Friday and every other weekend
Must be willing and able to travel to multiple clients per day and/or assist office admin with additional tasks as needed

Areas we serve that you may be asked to travel to: Woodbury, St. Paul, South St. Paul, Inver Grove Heights, Cottage Grove, Newport, St. Paul Park, Hastings, Maplewood as well as MUST NEED staffing assignments in Hudson and Prescott Wisconsin.
