Full-Time: 6P-6A Night Shift Nurse
Starting pay: $33.00-LPN / $36.00-RN
Allure of Sterling is looking for a caring and compassionate Registered Nurse and/or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our nursing team.

We have a current openings for a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse:
6PM-6AM:Registered Nurse and/or LPN

An LPN/RN will participate in the delivery of patient care in accordance with facility clinical systems, regulatory requirements and physician orders. Nurses oversee the direction of the Nursing Assistants to help and ensure that the highest quality services are delivered in a resident-centered environment.
Possess and maintain a current and unrestricted IL LPN or RN License
CPR certification
Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
Skilled nursing facility experience preferred
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Be responsible for the care and wellbeing of our residents. Direct, help and mentor the CNA’s on your team
Assess the residents’ needs and assist in developing and following individual care plans
Identify and communicate changes in residents’ status to physicians, NP, staff, and family members
Administer medications, treatments, and other direct care as prescribed and indicated
Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges of residents
Communicate information to staff to provide a smooth shift transition
Document appropriately as needed or required in PCC
Skilled nursing facility experience preferred but not required
Knowledge of PCC preferred but not required
Schedule:
12 hour shifts
Holidays
Every other Weekend
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Sign on bonus for full time employees
