Position Highlights:

Position: Advanced Practice Provider - Pediatrics - Medical Group
Location: 830 West End Court, Vernon Hills
Full Time/Part Time: Full-Time, 40 hours per week.
Hours: Start/end times will vary with rotating evenings and Saturdays. The clinic hours are Mon - Thu 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Fri 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m., and Sat 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Required Travel: n/a

Candidates interested in part-time hours will be considered.

What you will need:

License: IL Advanced Practice Licensure (APN), IL Controlled Substance license and Federal DEA required
Education: Completion of Master's level program in specialty area
Certification: BLS/CPR certification required
Experience: Prior APN experience preferred

What you will do:

Provide comprehensive health assessments, differential diagnosis, and prescribe treatments under the protocol in the direct management of acute and chronic illness and disease
Promote wellness and prevent illness and injury in various settings for individuals, families, and communities
Work autonomously and in interdisciplinary teams as resources and consultants
Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience
