Nurse Care Manager

As a Nurse Care Manager for Swope Health Services, you will be a part of a team you will be part of a team of caregivers to provide care for the people who need it most. Our Nurse Care Manager manages a wide array of physical health needs, and behavioral health needs. If you have a passion for working with a team of dedicated caregivers to make care visible every day, this role is for you.

Successful Candidate will have:

Current, unrestricted license as Registered Nurse in State of Missouri (RN) and Kansas, BSN preferred.
license to start, willing to hire RN without Kansas license if eligible to obtain Kansas license within the first 90 days of employment.
2-5 years of experience in an outpatient clinical setting or previous experience in care coordination role
pediatric experience preferred.
