Salary: $59,000- $60,000/year – based on experience

We are seeking a highly dedicated and passionate LPN/Resident Care Director

Resident Care Director, LPN Responsibilities include:

Coordinates, plan, implements, monitors, directs and evaluates all aspects of resident care while maintaining excellent resident care services.
Responsible for maintaining high resident satisfaction for optimum occupancy, accountability for meeting community financial goals including supply expenditures.
Oversees/manages staff scheduling and supervision, including training and assigning with the overall duties in accordance with the residents’ needs, state regulations and Peregrine Senior Living policies.
Preforms and assist in coordinating resident services and functions necessary to enhance the residents’ autonomy and socialization skills and provide an optimal living environment withing the adult care community.
Supervise self-medication administration and ensure proper medication administration to all residents per physician orders and per state regulations.

Resident Care Director Education & Experience:

A registered nurse, licensed practical nurse or licensed vocational nurse licensed to practice as required by state regulations required.
Bachelor’s degree with major course work in human services AND one year of full-time work experience in a related field OR
Associates degree with major course work in human services AND three years of full-time work experience in a related field prefered
Case Management experience preferred
Experience and Knowledge in all aspects of senior living, including assisted living, Memory care, and Enhanced Assisted Living preferred.
Knowledge of and/or ability to quickly master an understanding of related regulatory and compliance requirements required.
Experience in recruiting, training, and managing people in a healthcare field preferred.
