Travel Contract Rehabilitation RN - Rochester, NY

Location: Various healthcare facilities in Rochester, NY

Pay:

Total weekly compensation: $2,612.00

Job Title: Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (RN)

Shifts:

Shift times can vary
13-week contract, 36 hours per week
11:00 am - 11:00 pm

Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care to patients in the acute brain injury rehabilitation unit.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for patients undergoing rehabilitation.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes and facilitate discharge planning.
Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide wound care as needed.
Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding rehabilitation goals and strategies.

Requirements:

Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of New York.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a rehabilitation setting.
BLS certification required.
Experience with Epic EMR preferred.
Ability to work a rotating schedule, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Additional Information:

No locals, only travelers.
