Soliant Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide 1:1 care for a student in a school setting. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on a child's educational experience by ensuring their health and well-being throughout the school day.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct 1:1 care to a student with specific medical needs.
Collaborate with school staff, parents, and medical professionals to ensure the student's health and safety.
Monitor and manage the student's medical condition, administer medications, and respond to any health-related emergencies.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of the student's health status and care provided.
Support the student in achieving their educational goals by promoting a safe and healthy learning environment.

Qualifications:

Current LPN or RN license in the state.
Previous pediatric or school nursing experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and make quick, informed decisions.
Passion for working with children and making a difference in their lives.
