As a Clinical Nurse Educator, you would be responsible for the orientation, training, and competency validation, and continuing education of the clinical staff for the Main Line HealthCare Physician Practice entities. As the Clinical Nurse Educator, you will make an impact each day with program development and leading evidence-based practice initiatives.

Position: Clinical Nurse Educator - Ambulatory

Shift: Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week - day shift.

Experience

Three to Five years of recent Ambulatory or clinical Nurse experience require.
Prior Clinical Nurse Educator or other related experience is preferred.
Ambulatory Practice experience highly preferred.

Education

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
At least one degree must be in nursing ( i.e. BSN or MSN ).
Master's degree and/or NPD certification is strongly preferred.
Willingness to obtain NPD certification or Master's Prepared is required.

Licensures/Certifications

PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
Certification in Specialty is preferred.
Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
