SW Fort Worth PRN, Flexable on hours.

Need a caregiver that has a Driver License and Insurance and willing to travel.

Can use a hoyer and has worked with Alzheimers and Dementia clients.

Can work weekend and days and evening shift

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
Current Valid Driver License - may be able to accept non drivers on case to case basis
