NOW HIRING: Activity Aide

Assist in the planning and implementation of recreational and therapeutic activities, such as games, arts and crafts, music, and exercise programs.
Engage and interact with residents to promote socialization and a sense of community.
Help residents with activities of daily living as needed, ensuring their safety and comfort.
Set up and maintain activity areas, ensuring they are clean, organized, and safe.
Document residents' participation and behavior during activities.
Collaborate with the Activities Coordinator and other staff members to develop and adjust activity programs based on residents' preferences and needs.
Maintain a positive, compassionate, and patient attitude when working with residents.
Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:

High school diploma
Serious applicants
LTC/SNF experience
