General School Nurse Needed

Shifts Available:

2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Are you a compassionate and dedicated nurse looking to make a difference in a school setting? We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at an all-boys school near Culpeper, Virginia. This role provides essential health care to students, ensuring their well-being in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide general nursing care and support to students during your shift.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Respond to health emergencies and provide first aid when necessary.
Monitor and manage students with chronic conditions such as asthma, diabetes, and allergies.
Maintain accurate health records and documentation.
Communicate with parents, guardians, and staff regarding student health concerns.

Qualifications:

Valid LPN or RN license in the state of Virginia.
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
Experience in a school or pediatric setting is a plus.
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Interview Process:
10-15 minute screening call with a Soliant Education Recruiter
20-30 minute Virtual Interview with the School District
Offer is typically within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview
