Are you a dedicated caregiver looking for an opportunity to provide round-the-clock care to clients in need? Join our team at A Place At Home – Schaumburg, a trusted provider of in-home care services. We are currently hiring caregivers to fill evening shifts for our care assignments.

Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive care and assistance to clients throughout evening-hour shifts.

- Assist with activities of daily living, including personal care, medication management, mobility support, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.

- Offer emotional support and companionship, engaging clients in meaningful activities to enhance their well-being.

- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment, responding to emergencies or changes in clients' conditions.

- Collaborate with the care team, including healthcare professionals and family members, to ensure personalized and continuous care.

Requirements:

- Required experienced as a caregiver/CNA, preferably with experience in homecare services, day shifts.

- Compassion, empathy, and the ability to establish trusting relationships with clients and their families.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients and the care team.

- Ability to adapt to varying client needs and provide individualized care.

- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, car insurance, and background check.
