Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The LPN will provide high-quality care to our residents, assist with daily activities, and work closely with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients. If you are a skilled nurse with a passion for making a difference in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
Monitor and document resident health status, including vital signs, and report changes to the healthcare team.
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Collaborate with registered nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families.
Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Current and valid LPN license in the state of Ohio.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
