Job Description: We are seeking dedicated and compassionate in-home caregivers to provide 24/7 care for our clients in Central City, NE. As a caregiver, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to help our clients maintain their independence and quality of life. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible schedules.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Monitor and report changes in health status
- Assist with medication reminders and administration
- Perform light housekeeping duties and meal preparation
- Accompany clients to appointments and errands
- Follow care plans and document care provided
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred
- Compassionate, reliable, and trustworthy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
