Flexible Scheduling:

Our clients are cared for between 5:00 AM and Midnight, giving you the flexibility to balance work and life. The more available you are, the more you can earn!

SYNERGY HomeCare Benefits:

- Competitive pay: Earn $15.50 - $18 per hour. Open availability maximizes your earning potential.

- Paid Time Off (PTO): Accrue from day one.

- Overtime Pay: Earn time-and-a-half for overtime and holidays.

- Flexible schedules: We match caregivers with nearby clients.

- Shifts Available:

- Morning: 6 AM - 6 PM

- Evening: 6 PM - 11 PM

- Employee recognition programs: We value our caregivers.

- Affordable medical benefits: Just $10/month for individual coverage; family coverage for $85-$90/month (up to 6 people).

- Travel compensation: Get paid for travel time between clients.

- CNA school tuition assistance: Up to $350 after 3 months of solid performance.

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, You Will:

- Attend to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement.

- Assist clients with morning routines or settling in for the evening.

- Help with personal care tasks such as dressing, grooming, bathing, and mobility assistance (including Hoyer Lifts).

- Support clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.

- Build professional relationships with clients, family members, and co-workers.

Job Requirements:

- Must be 18 years or older.

- At least one year of caregiver experience (family, agency, or facility) or a CNA certification.

- Hold or be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification (can be obtained after the interview).

- Pass a national background check.

- Possess a valid driver’s license, proof of car insurance/registration, and reliable transportation.

- Required Saturdays or Sundays regularly.

- Pass background checks
