Position Overview:

As the Director of Nursing Services, you'll be at the helm of our nursing department, guiding and inspiring a team committed to providing top-notch care to our residents. You'll be responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and directing all nursing services in accordance with local, state, and federal standards. Your leadership will ensure that our residents receive the highest quality care in a safe, welcoming environment.

What We're Looking For:

ØA Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.

ØA minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in a hospital, nursing home, or related healthcare facility.

ØA current, unrestricted RN license in Texas.

ØStrong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and relevant regulations.

ØCurrent CPR certification.

ØA commitment to promoting teamwork, respect, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

ØOversee and direct the overall operations of the Nursing Services Department.

ØInterpret and enforce nursing policies, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

ØCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance the quality of care and services.

ØParticipate in recruitment, hiring, and the development of nursing staff.

ØEnsure the delivery of compassionate, quality care and nursing supervision.

ØLead infection control initiatives and promote safe work practices.

ØStep in as the Administrator when needed.
