Job Posting: Registered Nurse (Full-Time) – Paterson, NJ Area

Position: Registered Nurse
Employment Type: Full-Time (32-35 hours/week)
Location: Onsite at various school sites within the special education district
Contract Dates: September 4, 2024 – June 24, 2025

Work Schedule:

7:45 AM - 2:45 PM
8:15 AM - 3:15 PM
Note: Schedule may vary based on school needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general school nurse duties, ensuring the health and safety of students.
Administer medications as prescribed.
Occasionally ride the bus for field trips to support students’ health needs.
Collaborate with educators and staff to promote student well-being.

Qualifications:

Must be a Registered Nurse (RNs only; LPNs will not be considered).
Current certification as a School Nurse (CSN) is acceptable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to travel between school sites.
