Ridgeway Post Acute, a reputable healthcare facility located in the heart of Petaluma, CA, is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. Position: Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

Responsibilities:

Provide direct care to residents under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding.
Help residents with mobility and positioning, ensuring their comfort and safety.
Take and record vital signs and report any changes in resident condition to the nursing team.
Respond promptly to resident requests and provide compassionate support.
Maintain a clean and organized environment for residents.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care planning.

Requirements:

Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of California.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred but not required.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Commitment to upholding ethical standards and resident confidentiality.
