RN Clinical Supervisor - 5 Main Telemetry

Position Supervises:

RN, LPN, CNA, NA, US, PCTA, other technical staff

Job Summary:

Assists with facilitation of clinical processes within the nursing department. This includes, but is not limited to, interpretation and implementation of policies and procedures; appropriate utilization of human and material resources; staff development; implementation of continuous quality improvement processes; interdepartmental communications; and professional growth of self and staff. Performs patient care duties as needed. Serves as a liaison between the ancillary and nursing departments.

Education

Minimum:

Graduate of a Registered Nurse Program

Preferred:

Bachelor Degree in Nursing

Registration/Certification/Licensure:

Current PA RN license, Act33/73 Clearances, and Healthcare Provider CPR

Preferred: Lean Healthcare Certification

Experience

⚬ Minimum:

Three years related clinical experience.

⚬ Preferred:

Five years telemetry nursing experience.

Other Requirements:

Comprehensive Crisis Management per policy.
